What This Is

The Transition Clarity Intensive is a short-term, high-support container for people moving through a significant personal or professional transition and feeling overwhelmed by decisions, emotions, or competing responsibilities.

I'm not a licensed coach or therapist. I'm an emotionally intelligent, former executive assistant who is able to offer practical, grounded support to help you stabilize, think clearly, and move forward with intention.

If you’re capable but exhausted from carrying everything alone, this Transition Clarity Intensive Container gives you structure, clarity, and a calm second brain while things are in flux.

How It Works

Structure

  • 4 sessions over 4–6 weeks
  • 60 minutes per session
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Optional light async support by request (not default)

  2. Clarify decisions and priorities
  3. Organize next steps and external supports
  4. Anchor boundaries and follow-through

I work with a small number of clients at a time to maintain depth and presence as well as prevent burnout. Availability will be limited.
